What is FYBS?
Big feelings need choices! With FYBS you can explore emotion-coping strategies that work best for you. FYBS includes lots of tools such as storybooks, strategy games, videos, tip sheets, and puppet-making.
FYBS follows three puppet kids - Nico, CJ, & Mena - as they navigate everyday issues and help each other work through big feelings using different strategies. Learn more about FYBS.
